When we have received your completed form, an RMA number will be emailed to you. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your RMA number. When you have received your RMA number, please send us your lamp and all accessories, indicating on your RMA package followed by the number received, to:

Additional information

Allow 5-10 business days for your RMA to be processed. You will receive a quote for repair or replacement costs. We will not make any repairs until we have received your written approval.

If the breakage or problem is covered by the warranty, the repair and transport costs to return your product to you are free.

If the breakage is not covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement costs as well as the costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense.
